Always a fantastic service at competitive rates. The fast turn around times on repairs and servicing ensures minimal disruption to our business. Pete Henshall, Technical Manager LUCION ENVIRONMENTAL LTD
I am emailing to express my gratitude to the microscope engineers who cleaned and serviced our microscopes recently. They were very polite and tidy but most importantly, the microscopes have been cleaned beautifully! It is now a joy to look down the microscope and everything is crystal clear. Please pass on my compliments to the guys who worked on our microscopes. Collette Allen, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust
I just wanted to thank you again for the microscopes and camera, and transporting them to Lancaster. They are absolutely fantastic and my husband is going to be absolutely thrilled to bits.
Thank you also for showing me how they fit together and for giving me a demonstration.
I’m hugely grateful to you. Private individual buying for her husband
I was left very impressed with Mazurek. Having experienced with their microscope servicing in previous employment I decided to contact them when working for a new company. Despite my time constraints they were extremely helpful and allowed me to circumnavigate normal working practices and deliver the microscope ‘out of hours’. The morning of the next working day I was informed that all was finished and that the scope could return to its regular duties.
Professional, communicatively prompt, agreeably priced, and willing to go ‘the extra mile’. I will be using them again and highly recommend others do too. Tom Adams, SGA Technologies
Excellent service with friendly staff. We use Microscope Optical Services for our microscope servicing and they’re always very helpful and accommodating. Competitively priced servicing and reliable engineers. Phil Crawley, Redhills
Just to let you know that once again, this year, the academic staff have commented on what nice images we have got for our petrology work (mainly looking at granite thin sections), using the "old" Vickers petrological microscopes and the Leitz petrological microscope. The optics on all of these are great, and the TLC that you and Darren have given the Vickers' microscopes especially over the last few years have made them work really well again for the students this year. I think, with the spare parts that you have managed to provide, we have had the largest number of microscopes in a good state since I started at the University 5 years' ago.
