We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure
the information we collect online.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are stocked in the UK and we aim to deliver within 2 – 3 days. Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery date. Our shipping methods are Royal Mail for small
items and UPS for large items.
RETURNS POLICY
If you find a fault with any of our products you can return it immediately for repair. Should we be unable to repair it, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. If no replacement is available, we will offer
you a full refund (excluding delivery charges). If you are returning it because it is not what you want, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the
value of the goods less a re-stocking charge and the delivery charge. The restocking charge will be 25% of the value of the goods.
SERVICING CANCELLATIONS
It is our policy that should you wish to cancel your servicing visit, we would require a minimum of 7 days notice. Failure to notify us will result in a 50% charge of the service order value.
Upon arrival to site, if there are less microscopes or equipment to service than initially advised, the full rate will still be chargeable. Any changes to the job must be made aware to us two working days before the scheduled visit.
If there are any address changes, that we have not been made aware of prior to the visit, there may be additional costs to cover this. If there isn’t sufficient parking or the engineer isn’t able to access site due to limited spaces, or something is not in place for the engineer to gain access there is a fee for the engineers time of £250 + VAT.* T&C’s apply.
